Abstract:
The rapid evolution of digital technology has fundamentally altered human interaction, communication, and behavior. Cyber psychology, an interdisciplinary field encompassing psychology, sociology & technology, investigates these changes and their impact on cognition and mental health. The rise of Smartphone’s, social media, and virtual environments has introduced new mental health challenges such as addiction, anxiety, and loneliness. On the positive side, social networking allows people to connect and communicate with others in ways that were previously impossible, creating new opportunities for socializing, networking, and sharing information and ideas.
